PISCES (FEB 20-MAR 19) Wow, what a month! Just about every personal planet is in your own sign for a good part of the month – the Sun of course, Mercury retrograde, Venus , and Mars. And let’s throw Neptune in there too. So you are in Piscean pig heaven as it were, although Mercury retrograde may be making it hard to get things done. There is a fabulous flow to everything and at least at the start of the month, you’re having a good time. The month starts off with Venus-Neptune conjunction so you’re
all dreamy and romantic, and then Venus moves on to a square with Jupiter which is just all around nice for relationship and feeling happy. The new moon in Pisces on the 11th has Mercury retrograde in aspect to Jupiter which is great for unexpected insights and connections. Mid month Mercury goes direct on the 17th while it retrogrades really really close to Neptune. Damn, you will be a space shot! Don’t be surprised if you forget where you’re supposed to be and when for a few days. Just go with it. At the same time Venus catches up to the Sun at the tail end of Pisces before they both enters Aries. You’re feeling all magnanimous and generous, and then things shift once the Aries energy takes over. It’s not that the Aries Sun, Venus and Mars are hard, it is that they quickly aspect Uranus and Pluto. Intense, edgy, wired, and slightly accident prone. Be careful! And watch out, you might be crabby at the full moon on the 27th. It’s that old tension between deferring to others’ demands and doing your own thing.
ARIES (MAR 20-APRIL19) Oh, you’re awash in people and feelings at the start of the month and it gives way to a nice sense of completion and feeling loved. Mercury retrograde in Pisces is great for your intuition but kinda hard when it comes to things going according to a plan or schedule. The new moon in Pisces on the 11th will help some things fall into place, and then the end of Mercury retrograde on the 17th comes with an extra dose of spaciness, but it’s followed by such a deep feeling of connection and
love. Nice! Then it’s your time – the spring equinox when the Sun enters your own sign. Mars enters Aries as of the 12th so you’re starting to feel that sense of energy you always feel in the spring. But back to the equinox – it occurs just as Mars catches up to Uranus in Aries – kapow! What a jolt of energy and antsiness you feel! Take it easy! If you’re an early Aries, born between the 20 and 27th, you’ll be a bundle of Aries energy and willfulness, between the Sun, Mars, Venus and Uranus all in your own sign, and one of the most fiery at that. The full moon on the 27th is a big one, because the Uranus falls with the Sun and Moon, while Mars squares Pluto. You might want to watch your anger or your impulses, and be careful of power struggles. This is also a big transit for the world, so pay attention to your intuition while watching your reactivity. Full moons always illuminate our shadow, and this one facilitates learning about your relationship to control. Enjoy! Then at the end of the month Venus aspects Uranus and Pluto and catches up to Mars. After some healthy self examination, your sound Venutian earthy values will ground your plans and activities.
TAURUS (APR 20-MAY 20) March starts with almost every personal planet in Pisces and Mercury retrograde in Pisces kinda driving you crazy. It’s not awful — not at all — because some really nice and enjoyable things are happening, especially at the start of the month when you get a lot of kudos and attention. But all the Pisces energy make things a little watery and uncertain. Just when things are going one way, the tide changes and goes in a different direction. Hmm—not so easy for you Taureans who like things to have a certain stability. And keep in mind that Mercury retrograde flummoxes you just when you least expect it – throwing some travel plans into the air etc. If you can go with the flow you’ll be fine – there are lots of interesting connections and
inspirations right now, and pay close attention to your intuition. Remember – try to avoid big decisions and contracts til after the 17th. The new moon on the 11th is a great one for inspiration and new connections. Mid month you’ll have a nice sense of centeredness, and then hold on, it’s the spring equinox. You love spring, but this one comes with a jolt. The week of the 20th-27th is very stressful for the world and for everyone. Watch your crankiness and your willfulness – both will be in full bloom at the end of the month. But you will also get a lot done – the Aries energy will have some real oomph to it after all the Piscean and Neptunian influences of the past couple of months.
GEMINI (MAY 21-JUNE 20) The beginning of the month brings a strong Venus influence, so even in the midst of Mercury retrograde craziness Venus pulls through and helps resolve some relationship situations for the best. All the personal planets in Pisces push you to be extra compassionate and forgiving. The new moon in Pisces on the 11th is a beautiful one and it also brings
some satisfying connections and ideas. Mercury is retrograde until the 17th so remember there is nothing you can do but go with the flow – even when the tide feels like it changes every second. On the 17th Mercury will be very close to Neptune when it turns around, so expect your plans to get completely sabotaged somehow someway – yet another snowstorm perhaps? Then the energy shifts planetarily once the Sun enters Aries on the Spring Equinox. Mars catches up to Uranus in Aries and the full moon on the 27th is a firecracker—the Sun and Moon falls with Uranus and Mars squares Pluto. People around you will be crazed. Stay calm, watch your nerves, and engage in all of your centering practices. By the end of the month Venus catches up to Mars and you have a sense of what steps you need to take.
CANCER (JUNE 21- JUL 21) Well, you are literally in your element for a good part of this month in light of all the planets in Pisces, a fellow water sign. And let’s not forget that pesky Saturn in Scorpio! The first three weeks of the month are very watery indeed and you love it. At the start of the month you are awash in feelings and a sense of connection to things bigger than yourself.
Your intuition is cooking on all 200 cylinders! During the second week of the month Jupiter and Venus resolve some relationship issues. Make sure that your compassion has some boundaries and that you don’t give away the store! The new moon in Pisces on the 11th is a beautiful one, and it will be filled with insight and realizations. Remember that Mercury is retrograde and that you must go with the flow of it through the 17th, and in fact, when it turns around it has Neptune in tow so it will be a strange day indeed. Stay close to your intuition. Then the energy shifts once the Sun enters Aries on the 20th and you will feel tense and overstimulated. People will be out of control and provocative and you must stay centered especially through the full moon on the 27th. You’ll be seeing a relationship more clearly as a result of this full moon.
LEO (JUL 22-AUG 21) Similar to last month, this month has most personal planets in Pisces for a good part of the month. Ugh – as far as you’re concerned. There is almost no astrological sign more different from you than Pisces. It is mushy and permeable
and elusive and hard to put your finger on. So as a result, you don’t know what the heck is going on this month, especially since Mercury is retrograde in Pisces. All you can do is go with this strange tide although it changes all the time. Having said that, if you are working on something creative, now is the time. You have access to a great deal of inspiration right now without trying very hard to find it. So keep close track of your intuition, especially around the new moon on March 11th when you will have some great ideas and inspirations. Then the energy really shifts with the Spring Equinox when the Sun enters Aries at the same time that mars catches up to Uranus. All of a sudden you feel you can take action again. The full moon on the 27th is a big one, bringing in the influences of Uranus and Pluto. You will energized, if not a little crazed! Watch your temper, your desire to control the outcomes of things outside your control, and your stress levels. By the end of the month you’ll have identified a sense of purpose in the midst of all these changes.
VIRGO (AUG 22- SEPT 21) Similar to last month, almost every personal planet spends a good part of the month in Pisces, your opposite sign. As your opposite, Pisces is one side of the coin and you are the other. Pisces disorganizes what Virgo organizes but the aim is the same – wholeness. With all of these planets in Pisces and your ruling planet Mercury retrograde in Pisces, you are having a big lesson in giving up control and going with the flow. Indeed, it’s going with the flow on crack, as it were. The tides of Pisces go every which way and you just have to go with it. You will go from the lows of disappointment to the highs of fulfillment in a matter of days during the first 10 days of the month. Chiron’s presence in Pisces is a healing force, especially when Venus
transits it around the 6th. The new moon on the 11th is a powerful one for connections and ideas and realizations. Mercury is retrograde until the 17th; when it turns around it is with Neptune so that day will be particularly challenging and changeable. Then the energy shifts with the spring equinox once the Sun enters Aries. Ooh la la! Life gets crazy and intense! Make sure you stay calm, especially around the full moon on the 27th. There will be important revelations about relationships.
LIBRA (SEPT 22-OCT21) March is almost as weird as February but not quite – saved by a number of planets entering Aries after the Spring Equinox on the 20th. But until then, honey, things are slightly murky and odd because of all the personal planets in Pisces including Mercury retrograde. Pisces is not the easiest sign for you because it I just too damn hard to figure out. The tidal streams of Pisces move every which way and it is hard to know what’s going on. So don’t try to figure it out — just go with it. If you can do that, the first week or so should be pretty nice in the relationship department. You’re feeling loved and cared for even in the
midst of some disappointing realities. So the hell with them. The new moon on the 11th is a beautiful one for understanding and realizations. Then Mercury turns dorect on the 17th and that day will be challenging because Mercury is sitting next to Neptune, making weather worse and people more spacey and increasing the tendency of things to go wrong. Aint nothing you can do! Then the Sun enters Aries with a jolt of Mars Uranus energy and you feel like things make sense again. And did I mention the full moon in Libra on the 17th with a bunch of crazy aspects? You would do well to stay in bed that day….
SCORPIO (OCT 22-NOV 21) Wow – water, water everywhere. You’re in your element, at least for the first three weeks of the month when almost all of the personal planets are in Pisces. You’re feeling mushy and connected to people and to things greater than your individual self. Yet you’re also yearning for something more. Use the new moon on the 11th to cook up some new plans
and ideas – your intuition si very strong right now, especially with Mercury retrograde. Your already famous insight and perceptiveness is off the charts, but be careful about not taking on too much of other people’s stuff. Mercury turns direct on the 17th but its conjunction with Neptune will make it feel like the retrograde aint going away…. You just have to go with it and expect all your plans to change 10 000 times. Then on March 20th the Sun enters Aries and Mars catches up to Uranus and things get very crazed in the world. The full moon in Libra brings a battle of wills between you and a loved one – be careful of your temper and of struggling needlessly. By the end of the month you have your sense of purpose back.
SAGITTARIUS (NOV 22- DEC 21) March has almost every personal planet in Pisces for the first few weeks…. Pisces stretches Sagittarian inspiration in a very watery, feeling way. You are feeling full full full and aware of completion and fulfillment in your life, even though you have a poignant sense of the turning of the wheel, of time, cycles, life, and death. Things are going well they
are also very intense and you’re not sure what to make of it. Make sure you take time to smell the roses. Mercury continues its retrograde pass in Pisces, so you are an extreme space cadet. You can’t keep track of details but your intuition is right on the money. Get used to plans changing especially on the 17th of March when Mercury turns around. That day will be loopy and weird because Mercury will be so close to Neptune. You will just have to go with the flow. Then once the Sun enters Aries the energy shifts and you have more focus and purpose. Beware of power struggles and relationship drama around the full moon on the 27th. By the end of the month you have a clear sense of purpose, and you will also be able to rein in some excess which was impossible under all the Piscean and Neptunian influences…..
CAPRICORN (Dec 21-Jan19) March continues the emphasis on watery, Piscean energy, as every personal planet in Pisces for a good three weeks this month. You are full of feeling and sensitive as all get out. You are aware of wanting connection and unity with others even if part of your ego has trouble staying afloat and fights all that watery merging. There is a powerful new moon in
Pisces on the 11th which is a good opportunity to focus your thoughts and realizations about yourself. Keep in mind that Mercury is retrograde until the 17th when it is conjunct Neptune – oy! It will feel like it isn’t turning direct for a few days more because of that Neptune effect! You will absolutely have to go with the flow and not fight these strange Neptunian tides. Then The Sun enters Aries on the 20th on the spring equinox, and things get a little tense on the world stage. Mars catches up with Uranus so watch your anger and tension around this time. There is a powerful full moon on the 27th which involves power struggles in relationships. It is a good time to look at your shadow side vis a vis control since the full moon is always illuminating.
AQUARIUS (JAN 20-FEB 19) Every personal planet is in Pisces for three weeks of the month, so you are high on life… Or perhaps low on life, depending on how you’re being treated. The start of the month goes from Venus-Neptune to Venus Jupiter to Venus Chiron in quick succession—fulfillment and sweetness then closure then healing. Some relationship issues have come full circle, and there is resolution and even healing. Neptune also brings its share of disappointment or confusion, so there is some of
that as well. There is an important new moon on the 11th and you will crystallize some great ideas and inspiration. Pay attention to your ideas and to your intuition. Mercury turns around on the 17th but Neptune will make you feel like it’s still retrograde even though it isn’t…. Oh well. Just go with the flow. Plans may change. Then the energy shifts once the Sun enters Aries on the spring equinox. There is a lot of excitement and tension and focus, culminating on the full moon on the 27th. It’s time to look at a power struggle. Stay calm on this full moon—it’s intense and people will be edgy. The influences are more about Uranus-Pluto – kind of jaggedy and less mushy than the Piscean influences earlier in the month.
