AQUARIUS (JAN 20-FEB 9)  Happy New Year and Happy end of Mercury retrograde!  This is a pretty enjoyable month for you, I’m glad to say.  The gloom and doom of Saturn and Pluto lighten up a bit, and Jupiter – which just turned direct on December 31—brings some forward movement.  Right at the start of January Mars in Sag makes an angle to Neptune while Venus makes a  quick pass over Saturn.  Sounds like romance and fun and a dance party!  Enjoy! It is also a good time to commit to some creative project that might have languished.  By the 7^th Mercury makes an angle to Neptune while Mars aspects Uranus.  You’re feeling dreamy and inspired and  wanting to do something new and different.   Use the Capricorn new moon on the 11^th to focus this jangly energy and make some plans.  Things are calm til the 18^th  when the Sun  closes in on Pluto for about a week, bringing some worrisome global dynamics. PISCES (FEB 20-MAR 19)  January is a pretty juicy month, thank god, with the dire Saturn and Pluto dynamic waning a bit.  Ring in the new year and the end of both Mercury and Jupiter retrograde!  Yay! You will have a sense of movement again, and as the month progresses the Saturn- Neptune doldrum feeling will also start to lift.  January begins with Mars in Sag making an angle to Neptune and it is a good time for you to get out of the house and move again.  Walk, run, swim, dance — do anything to tap into flowing movement.  Then by the 7^th Mercury in Sag aspects Neptune while Mars makes an angle to Uranus. Be sure to look where you’re going when you’re engaging in exercise since Mercury and Neptune might make you spacey while Mars and Uranus could make you lose track of your body in motion….!  The beautiful Capricorn new moon falls on the 11th and it is great moon for planning.  Use it to figure out what your year will look like.  Things are relatively calm until the 18^th when the Sun gets up close and personal with Pluto. This could bring some drama to the world stage, so stay calm.  Both the Sun and Pluto enter Aquarius on the 20^th, and this influence is also about the development of projects. January starts with  Mars in Sagittarius in an angle to Neptune, and you are able to move some creative projects forward. You also can convince anyone of anything right now with your infectious energy. LEO (JUL 22-AUG 21)  Happy new year and happy end of Mercury retrograde!   Yes, Mercury turns around late on the 1^st, and Jupiter turned direct on the 31^st.  In addition, January begins with Mars in fiery Sagittarius making an angle to Neptune. You will sense a release of energy and purpose, and things that have been stuck might just shake loose a bit.  By the 7^th Mercury in Sag makes that same angle to Neptune but at the same time Mars in Capricorn lines up with Uranus.  Ooh, this is a weird and contradictory set of influences.  On the one hand, Mercury and Neptune make you dreamy and sensitive, but Mars and Uranus are forceful and kind of sharp-elbow-ish.
