ARIES (MAR 20-APRIL19)  April begins with another five days of the beautiful Sun-Venus pairing—nice! Let yourself feel loved.  Saturn and Uranus continue to be in a close angle all month, and if you are feeling unsettled, that’s why.   These two planets continue to bring hope and fear.  There is a lot of change in the air. By the 4th your ruling planet Mars—now in Gemini–  makes an angle to Neptune in Pisces for a good 10 days. This is a long and weird little transit!  When Mars comes together with Neptune, it helps project that ushy-gushy connected-to-all-things energy of Neptune.  It projects it, amplifies it, creates an atmosphere with it.  Mars is the wind carrying in the big Neptunearies-1_small clouds.  This is a powerful action, and it order for you to use it well, you need to be clear and avoid confusion and delusion.  Keep your and clear and move that vision forward! The 11th brings a new moon in your sign of Aries, and it will be important for you to stay grounded and not dive down any Neptunian rabbit holes of confusion.  The new moon lines up with the earth axis  so it may be a volatile one globally.  Venus in Aries makes an angle to Pluto on the new moon so it is a good time to ground down into your values and renew commitments.  By the 14th the Sun in Aries lines up with Pluto for a few days of global tension.  Be careful that you don’t throw your Aries power and ego around unwittingly. On the 19th the Sun and Mercury join forces and move together into Taurus, sparking very practical ideas.  On the 22nd, Venus catches up to Uranus and they both square Saturn – oh you are antsy for change.  By the 24th Mercury catches up to Venus in Taurus for a few days of conviviality, including on the full moon in Scorpio on the 26th.  This is a full moon that invites discussion and interchange, music and song.  Enjoy it.

TAURUS (APR 20-MAY 20)   Ooh, this is a big month for you!  Your ruling planet Venus is the center of the action for much of the month.  Venus continues to be paired up with the Sun in Aries for the first few days of April, putting the focus on your values.  By the 4th Mars in Gemini lines up with Neptune for a good solid 10 days of weirdness.  If you can work with this aspect, you will be fine but it will take cultivating clarity and detachment.  Mars barrels forward with ideas and vision , projecting Neptune’s big messy ideals and sense of humanitarian oneness.  I think of this aspect as a bit like the character Storm in X-Men:  she creates the weather.  If you can harness this energy, you images-1will be creating quite an atmosphere of ideas and vision.  Just make sure you’re not carrying storm clouds and fog at the same time!   But back to Venus– which by the Aries new moon on the 11th lines up with Pluto. It is a good time to review and reevaluate your commitments and align them with your values.  Venus enters your own sign on the 14th, just in time for the Aries Sun making an angle to Pluto for a few days of global tension.  The Sun and Mercury both enter Taurus on the 19th and they move in tandem for a few days, sparking that very practical problem solving capacity that you Tauruses have. By the 22nd  Venus gets involved with Saturn and Uranus, so this is a time to let your vision really go for broke. It’s time to liberate your mind and work from whatever has been holding you back.  Look ahead, not in the rearview mirror. Your Venusian values of interconnectedness are solid and your inspiration is through the roof.  Mercury gets into the action by the Scorpio full moon on the 26th, and Venus and Mercury bring lots of inspiring conversation, creativity and conviviality.  Enjoy!
