GEMINI (MAY 21-JUNE 20) June is quite a month, so get ready. By June 5th Venus in Cancer opposes Pluto, raising some issues about intimacy. Meanwhile the Sun and Mercury square Neptune and you are not necessarily seeing the situation clearly. You are yearning for something you don’t have and seeing things that aren’t there. I wouldn’t take any actions right now, just ride this out for a few days. If your birthday is between June 5 and 8th
you’ll have this dreamy influence in place for the year, so you best use it for artistic and or spiritual inspiration. The 13th brings a nice new moon in Gemini with excellent aspects for communication and inspiration. Use this new moon for calming your busy mind and for gestating some new ideas and plans. The Sun in very late Gemini makes a positive aspect to Jupiter in Scorpio on the 19th and 20th, so it’s a good time to bring some things to fruition. If your birthday is June 18-20 you’ll have a year of completion. The Summer Solstice occurs on the 21st when the Sun enters Cancer, and there is a sweet Venus-Mars opposition for a few days of enjoyable effort and shared purpose. Enjoy it while you can… Venus squares Jupiter for a few days on the 25th which is also fruitful and fun but Mars turns retrograde on the 26th. You can expect some kind of wrench in the works, especially with Saturn sitting on the Capricorn full moon on the 28th. Your expansive Jupiter energy of the last week may feel a bit reined in by circumstances and responsibilities.
CANCER (JUNE 21- JULY 21) Well, you can spend most of the month relaxing –well, sort of — and getting ready for Mars retrograde at the end of the month! The month begins pretty calmly, but by the 5th there is a pesky set of aspects. Venus in your own sign opposes Pluto and you want serious depth in a relationship. Meanwhile the Sun and Mercury in Gemini square Neptune at the same time, making you uncertain and not sure
you’re seeing things clearly. Just ride it out for a few days. The 13th brings a nice new moon in Gemini that has very positive communication aspects and you will be better equipped to take an emotional risk. The Sun enters your own sign of Cancer on the 21st, the day of the Summer Solstice. There are very pretty Mars-Venus aspects for a few days which are wonderful for shared effort. By the 25th Venus squares Jupiter and you feel that one cycle is ending and another beginning. Enjoy it. On the 26th Mars turns retrograde in Aquarius, bringing 2 months of weirdness. The sense of forward motion you have had for the last couple of months may all of a sudden make a sharp turn. You have to move with this energy even if you don’t know what it means or where it’s taking you. The month ends with a helluva full moon in Capricorn on the 28th with major Saturn action. You will feel a great deal of responsibility but Mars retro may prevent you from taking action. Sit with it.
LEO (JUL 22-AUG 21) This month brings some interesting dynamics your way… A Venus –Pluto opposition between June 5th and 8th has you looking for intensity in relationships, and at the same time the Sun and Mercury in Gemini square Neptune, muddying the waters quite a bit. You’re confused and don’t know how to ask for what you want. Let it ride—the planets help you out a bit later this month. Venus enters your own sign of Leo on the same day as the Gemini new moon, just in time to square Uranus in Taurus. That should bring some breakthroughs your way. In fact, this new moon is excellent for communication and self expression. Go for it.
Then the Sun enters Cancer on the 21st for the Summer Solstice, bringing a delightful angle between Venus and the North Lunar Node in Leo and Mars in Aquarius. That’s a nice combo for shared effort, especially with people close to you. As Venus progresses into Leo it squares Jupiter in Scorpio by the 24th, giving you the chance to bring something to fruition. But hold on – Mars in Aquarius goes retrograde on the 26th, beginning its two month retrograde stint at 9 degrees Aquarius. If you were born any time around August 1st, this will have a big effect on you. You will be moving in a different direction from most people…. But for all Leo’s this transit of Mars retrograde is important since it falls in your opposite sign. In any case expect a shift in the forward motion Jupiter has brought you lately – not a bad shift, just a shift. You absolutely have to go with the flow. The end of the month brings a challenging full moon in Capricorn with strong Saturn influences. You’re likely to feel quite hemmed in by responsibility, and it will also crystallize some stability for you in a season of change.
VIRGO (AUG 22- SEPT 21) What a month! Venus opposes Pluto from the 5th to 8th, inspiring some intensity in regard to intimacy. Yet at the exact same time the Sun and Mercury in Gemini square Neptune, so you’re dreamy and romantic and perhaps a tad confused. Be aware that the Neptune influence is amplifying your sense of your needs, so wait a few days before making any demands… The Gemini new moon falls on the 13th, and it’s a great
lunation for communication and expansive self-expression. The Summer Solstice occurs on the 21st when the Sun enters Cancer, and this event is accompanied by some very pretty Venus-Mars – North Lunar Node aspects that are all about shared purpose and collaboration, especially with loved ones. Venus then moves on to a square to Jupiter by the 25th, bringing a sense of completion. Enjoy the sense of fulfillment, since Mars turns retrograde in Aquarius on the 26th. You may have to take a detour on some projects and plans. Your earthy self may not feel great about that but this Mars transit requires that you go with where the energy takes you. Then the month ends with a sobering dose of Saturn who sits on top of the full moon in Capricorn in the wee hours of the 28th. The detour may feel more like a roadblock at this point, but remember to go with it and let things unfold.
LIBRA (SEPT 22-OCT21) June is just plain odd! On the one hand, all the planets in air signs should make things feel easy, right? Well, not so much. The month starts off with an intense Venus-Pluto opposition from the 5th to 8th, making you cranky about commitment and intimacy. However, you may not be reading your own desires and needs correctly since the Sun and Mercury in Gemini square Neptune, and make things murky indeed. Ride it out. Things are quite calm til the Gemini new moon on the 13th which brings really positive communication aspects when Mercury in Cancer makes an angle to Jupiter. It’s also a good time for breakthroughs in self-
expression, thanks to some Venus-Uranus action. The Sun enters Cancer on the 21st, and it’s the Summer Solstice. Venus, the North Lunar Node, and Mars make a nice set of angles that are all about shared purpose and connection, especially with loved ones. Then Venus moves on to square Jupiter by the 25th – wonderful for a sense of movement and fulfillment. Hold on—Mars in Aquarius turns retrograde on the 26th, starting its two month stretch of weirdness. Yes, I said two months. You may feel that all that forward movement turned in an utterly different direction. Just go with it. You will have no choice since the Capricorn full moon on the 28th has Saturn all over it, so you may have to change course all together. Just remember it’s likely to be a summer of change!
SCORPIO (OCT 22-NOV 21) Life is starting to get complicated, thanks to the planetary action in signs like
Taurus, Leo, and Aquarius. These signs stimulate and square off with you just a little bit… But first, Venus in Cancer opposes Pluto from the 5th to 8th, surfacing intimacy issues for you. You may not be reading your own impulses correctly, however, since the Sun and Mercury square Neptune at the same time, confusing the hell out of things. You may have trouble really knowing what you need right now and being able to articulate it… So just wait. The new moon in Gemini on the 13th brings excellent communication aspects together with rather delightful energies of emotional expression. Then it’s the Summer Solstice on the 21st when the Sun enters Cancer. Mars and Venus are in a nice angle to the North Lunar Node, so there are a few juicy days of shared effort, especially with loved ones. Venus keep on moving in Leo and squares Jupiter by the 25th and you’re brimming with satisfaction and a sense of completion. But wait – here comes Mars retrograde in Aquarius, throwing a wrench in the works. Things aren’t gonna go exactly the way you had planned. Be flexible and don’t sweat the Capricorn full moon on the 28th which has Saturn all over it. You have to face some responsibilities before Mars can have its way with you.
SAGITTARIUS (NOV 22- DEC 21) June is a bit wild for you, starting off with many distractions. From the 5th to the 8th Venus in Cancer opposes Pluto in Capricorn, raising issues of commitment and intimacy. At the same time the Sun and Mercury in Gemini square Neptune, so you’re spacey and inspired and foggy about what you need and want. Just ride out the fog – it will pass. Things are calm til the Gemini new moon on the 13th which has
beautiful communication aspects as well as a romantic and inspiring Venus-Uranus square. Use this new moon for inspiration. Then it’s the Summer Solstice on the 21st when the Sun enters Cancer. Venus, the North Lunar Node, and Mars make a sweet angle which is all about shared purpose, especially with friends and family. Have fun with that. Venus in Leo keeps moving towards a square to Jupiter by the 25th – you’ll have a sense of completion and fullness. But wait – there’s a complication or two, an maybe even a surprise. Mars turns retrograde in Aquarius on the 26th, beginning its two-month retrograde pass. Get ready to have your plans go a bit sideways but apparently in a necessary way. The Capricorn full moon on the 28th has major Saturn influences so there will be a big dose of reality that everyone will have to swallow, your Sagittarian self included.
CAPRICORN (Dec 21-Jan19) Oh what an interesting month. Yeah right, you’re thinking! The month begins pretty calmly, but by the 5th there is a pesky set of aspects. Venus in Cancer opposes Pluto in your own sign and so you want serious depth in a relationship. However, at the same time the Gemini Sun –Mercury square to
Neptune in Pisces makes you uncertain and not sure you’re seeing things clearly. Just ride it out for a few days. The 13th brings a nice new moon in Gemini that has very positive communication aspects and you will be better equipped to take an emotional risk, thanks to Venus and Uranus The Sun enters your opposite sign of Cancer on the 21st, the day of the Summer Solstice. The month ends with a helluva full moon in your own sign of Capricorn on the 28th with major Saturn influences. You will feel a great deal of responsibility but Mars retro may prevent you from taking action, or somehow Saturn’s wisdom will redirect your Martian will into an different and unexpected direction.
AQUARIUS (JAN 20-FEB 19) A lot of planetary energy is building up in the fixed signs of Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and your own Aquarius, so you’re a bit triggered this month. But first, a Venus –Pluto opposition between June 5th and 8th has you looking for intensity in relationships, and at the same time the Sun and Mercury in Gemini
square Neptune, muddying the waters quite a bit. You’re confused and don’t know how to ask for what you want. Let it ride—the planets help you out a bit later this month. Venus enters your opposite sign of Leo on the same day as the Gemini new moon, just in time to square Uranus in Taurus. That should bring some breakthroughs your way. In fact, this new moon is excellent for communication and self expression. Go for it. Then the Sun enters Cancer on the 21st for the Summer Solstice, bringing a delightful angle between Venus and the North Lunar Node in Leo and Mars in your sign of Aquarius. If you were born any time around February 1st, this will have a big effect on you. You will be moving in a different direction from most people…. But this transit of Mars retrograde is important for all Aquarians since it falls in your sign. In any case expect a shift in the forward motion Jupiter has brought you lately – not a bad shift, just a shift. You absolutely have to go with were the energy takes you and pay attention to where you’re finding roadblocks. The end of the month brings a challenging full moon in Capricorn with strong Saturn influences. You’re likely to feel quite hemmed in by responsibility, and it will also crystallize where and how your summer plans are going to have to change!
PISCES (FEB 20-MAR 19) June is an odd little month. Venus opposes Pluto from the 5th to 8th, inspiring some intensity in regard to intimacy. Yet at the exact same time the Sun and Mercury in Gemini square Neptune, so you’re dreamy and vague, not sure what you want. Be aware that the Neptune influence is confusing everything
you’re feeling, so wait a few days before making any demands of anyone… But is a great set of aspects for artistic expression. The Gemini new moon falls on the 13th, and it’s a good lunation for communication and expansive self-expression. The Summer Solstice occurs on the 21st when the Sun enters Cancer, and this event is accompanied by some very pretty Venus-Mars – North Lunar Node aspects that are all about shared purpose and collaboration, especially with family and friends. Venus then moves on to a square to Jupiter by the 25th, bringing a sense of completion. Enjoy the sense of fulfillment, since Mars turns retrograde in Aquarius on the 26th. You may have to take a detour on some projects and plans. This Mars transit requires that you go with where the energy takes you. Then the month ends with a sobering dose of Saturn who sits on top of the full moon in Capricorn in the wee hours of the 28th. The detour may feel more like a roadblock at this point, but remember to go with it and let things unfold. Saturn is going to give some structure or reason for your plans needing to change, perhaps a big reality check of some sort.
ARIES (MAR 20-APRIL19) ) June is just plain odd! The month starts off with an intense Venus-Pluto opposition from the 5th to 8th, making you cranky about commitments and expectations. It’s also a good time for
breakthroughs in self-expression, thanks to some Venus-Uranus action. And Mars is your ruling planet, the embodiment of Aries drive and volition. So get ready for a summer of process, where the most important thing is the path you follow. You may feel that all that Jupiterian forward movement turned in an utterly different direction. Just go with it. You will have no choice since the Capricorn full moon on the 28th has Saturn all over it, so you may have to change course all together. Just remember it’s likely to be a summer of changes!
TAURUS (APR 20-MAY 20) Well, the planets are starting to collect in the fixed signs of Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius, and of course, Taurus. You’ll be a bit triggered by this, I must say, although it sure will be interesting, that is if you like volcanoes and such…. But I digress. Venus in Cancer opposes Pluto in Capricorn from the 5th to the 8th, and you’re having to dig deeply into a commitment. However, at the same time the Sun and Mercury in Gemini square
Neptune so things are not exactly what they seem. There is a murkiness to the commitments you’re trying to wrestle into submission. So stop wrestling, just go with it. The Neptune aspects are very inspiring so let yourself be moved. The Gemini new moon falls on the 13th and it brings excellent communication aspects and a push towards radical self-expression. Then it’s the Summer Solstice on the 21st when the Sun enters Cancer. Venus, the North node, and Mars make a nice angle that is all about shared purpose, especially with loved ones. Venus in Leo keeps moving forward and squares Jupiter by the 25th, and you are in touch with a sense of completion. But uh-oh, Mars turns retrograde in Aquarius on the 26th, throwing a wrench into your plans or forcing a detour in your carefully calibrated plans. You have to go with it. The additional factor is a dicey full moon in Capricorn on the 28th with heavy Saturn influences. Reality check time for everyone, as it sets the stage for the Mars retrograde changes to come!

Dearheart, There is a typo in Taurus. Something about hens. 😉
